Yes, we are professional tradespeople and hold all appropriate licences and insurances and are QBCC registered. We can arrange home warranty insurance from the QBCC for your peace of mind.
We will take a small deposit of 5 – 10% on order of our service. Then as the project progresses you will make progress payments as outlined within the agreed contract. On completion of all works, remaining payment is required in full within 14 days.
This will depend on the size of the project and dependent on materials being obtained, this would be negotiated at the start of project discussions.
We ensure that safety standards are followed during working days. We use all approved safety equipment and practices. Areas fenced off, use of signage and PPE where appropriate. After each day the area will be cleared, cleaned, swept and vacuumed and all rubbish removed, or waste management system used.
